Website Display
During your visit to our website, we collect data to the extent technically necessary (name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, data volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type including version, user operating system, referrer URL, and IP address). This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not combined with other data sources. We use it solely for statistical purposes. By visiting this website, you give consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR to the temporary storage of your device’s IP address, which is required to provide the website content. Your IP address is deleted after you finish using the website. -
User Inquiries and Orders
If you contact us electronically (e.g., by e-mail, phone, fax), the data you provide (title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and inquiry-related data) will be stored for processing your inquiry and for up to six months after completion for follow-up questions. This data is processed only as necessary to handle your inquiry and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
For orders (at our business premises, trade fairs, etc.), the data you provide (title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and order-related data) is stored under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract fulfilment and for the defense of any warranty or damage claims for up to 40 months after completion of your order. This data is processed only as necessary for handling your order and is not transferred to third parties unless legally required or in the public interest.

Use of Cookies
We inform you that cookies are used when visiting our website. Cookies are small files or other storage formats sent by our web server or third-party servers to the user’s browser and stored for later retrieval. Data generated (including your IP address) is anonymized before being stored on Google’s servers. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google evaluates the data to compile reports and provide related services. IP addresses transmitted from your browser via Google Analytics are not merged with other Google data.
